Payment Policy for Online Transactions
At this time, we do not accept virtual banking or third‑party payment services for online payments. This includes Apple Pay, Chime, PayPal, Zip, Crimson, CashApp, Branch, Wisely, and similar services.

For online payments, please use a debit or credit card issued by a traditional banking institution.

Please note that payments for utility services are due by 5 pm on the 15th of each month. After 5 pm on the 15th, a late fee of 10% will be added automatically. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment must be received by 5 pm the next business day to avoid late fees.

If an account is not paid in full by the 22nd of the month, before 8 am, an administration fee of $50.00 will be added, and utility services are subject to interruption without further notice.
